Catherine Owiti is a newly admitted Advocate of the High Court of Kenya who joined the Firm as a Pupil. Through the enhanced guidance and dedication of the Senior Partner and fellow Associates, Owiti has amassed legal skills and sharpened her performance as an Advocate.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Successfully involved in the institution and recovery of debt claims on behalf of clients alongside our Associates.
Actively involved in clients’ negotiation of dispute and settlement out of court.
Successfully and efficiently represented the Banks in various conveyancing transactions.
Involved in several Alternative Dispute Resolution of legal disputes as an Associate member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She has been involved in advocacy and encouraging clients to appreciate ADR as a means of settling their disputes.
Successfully contributed - alongside the Senior Partner - in the prosecution of a criminal case where the accused was acquitted and discharged of the offence of being in possession of narcotic drugs.
Effectively advises prospective purchasers for property of all the requisite and processes involved in the transaction.
