Listone is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He is currently serving as an Associate. He is highly driven, competent and dilligent legal practitioner who upholds values of integrity, professionalism, honesty and quality in provision of legal services to our client.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Has worked alongside the Senior Partner Mr. Ogejo to successfully defend the National Hospital and Insurance Fund (NHIF) in a Petition seeking to refrain NHIF from implementing a reduction in capitation compromised renal patients under the comprehensive contract for the Provision of the healthcare services to beneficiaries of NHIF and where the Petitioner wanted the NHIF to pay Kshs 1,440,000,000.00 annually.
Has worked alongside the Senior Partner Mr. Ogejo to successfully appeal against a decision of the Magistrate Court where a client was convicted in a corruption related case of “Conspiracy to Commit an Offence of an Economic Crime Contrary to Section 47(A) of the Anti-corruption and Economic Act of 2003.”
